I understand that although the SEHAJ and its volunteers have taken precautions to provide proper organization, supervision, instruction, and equipment for each activity, it is impossible for SEHAJ or the volunteers to guarantee absolute safety.
I also understand that each participant shares the responsibility for safety during all activities, and I assume that responsibility for myself. I waive any claim against SEHAJ, its Board of Directors, employees, agents or its volunteers connected with or arising out of my participation in the event. This waiver includes any claims that may arise out of or be related to negligence on the part of SEHAJ' Board of Directors, employees, agents or the volunteers during the event.
I release SEHAJ, its Board of Directors, employees, agents and its volunteers from all claims that I may have, or might have, for any cause of action arising out of taking and/or use of photographs and/or sound or image recordings.
I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, SEHAJ, its Board of Directors, employees, agents, and its volunteers, from any and all liability arising out of or in consequence of, or injury sustained as a result of any activity connected with myself and the event.
If there is any conflict of interpretation of these provisions, I agree that the interpretation of the authoring counsel shall prevail; further, if any provision, or part of a provision, of this agreement is found to be in conflict with any judicial findings, any and all enduring provisions shall remain in effect.
